Certainly having no luck with injuries to strikers. Watkins, Edmundson and now Hornby.

Hard one that , he looked poor first few games but some glimpses of a player before he was injured on Saturday. Dread to think how much money we’ve blown in wages for dud loanees over DM’s time with us .
Maybe we need to get back to basics and just concentrate on recruiting for the future after DM departs , too many loan signings has killed us over the years . We need to be signing young players to develop and sell on to have any chance of progressing as a club and actually winning some silverware again .

Ferguson is the only one of those three that we could sell on for a real profit at the moment. McCrorie has potential, not so sure about Kennedy and he’s a bit older than the other two mentioned.

Certainly does look like playing up front for us like a poisoned chalice ffs.
I feel sorry for the lad with regards to his in injury, it is a shame.
I'm still meh on his footballing ability, but here's to a speedy recovery min.

His injury is a convenience for The Anchor Man in the lead up to the Celtic match. He can tell the press he has lost a big presence in his forward line. Hornby wasn’t the first striker signed by McInnes to not score for the club

I wish the lad a speedy recovery though....he actually injured himself having a shot at goal in our last match. That’ll teach him.
