Imo Pope is priceless to us , however it’s Burnley that would be selling him not Real Madrid so the price we get won’t be up in the 60-70 million - we’ll do well to get 40 million ( 35 plus some add ons - England appearances etc etc ).

When you start to read things like this it makes you think maybe it’s coming to an end, the spine of the team ripped out keeper going , Tarky going , Mcneil going and a manager who I think is going , and finally a lot of ageing players around a few rough diamonds.

    Food for thought !

If we loose Pope ,Tarks (and if Mee went ?) I think its time to be thinking of a new hobby : golf ,hiking, fishing, train spotting, taking the wife shopping! ( what you give from the heart always returns to you!) chess?

We love our keepers, wasn't long since we had 3 England internationals on our books.

I was just going to post that sinkov. Has it ever happened before, I can't think of another team having two let alone 3?

I'm sure some club will have had two at some point, but three, can't imagine that happening before.

I fact checked this last year, this answer came back from Google: "Stupid bloody question, please do not waste our time asking such nonsense?"

Wikipedia asked me for a donation because they probably thought I was soft in the head.
