Well we got off to a bad start today and that is how it continued for the rest of the game. No attempts on the opposition goal again of any note which is a worry but in all honesty I didn't expect to get any points today and not wishing to be the voice of doom I don't anticipate any in the next two games either. Only consolation today was that the Players didn't throw the towel in and will no doubt go into the next game with the belief that they will get a result.

I decided not to follow the thread as I feared the worse so I waited til full time and checked the scores. It was slightly worse than I predicted. At least Fulham didn't win but they have crept a point closer. Not looking good. Ah well, a point for me getting the right result, every cloud and all that.

Just checked out the match stats and it was not as one sided as the score suggests, 42% possession, almost double our usual for this type of match and ten attempts with 3 on target. Not as bad as I thought, or was it?
