Can they not take this to the House of Lords or something, they won't give up, they'll find a way, she'll be back.

"On Friday, Lord Reed, the president of the Supreme Court, upheld the challenge brought by the Home Office. He said the Court of Appeal had not given the decision of the Home Secretary "the respect it should have received" as he had been democratically given the responsibility to make national security assessments. The lower court had “made its own assessment of the requirements of national security and preferred it to that of the Secretary of State, despite the absence of any relevant evidence before it”.

Looks like yet again our judges, this time in the Court of Appeal, have been making political judgements and decisions. It's not for courts or judges to dabble in politics, like they did so shamefully over prorogation last year, but this time Lord Reed has put them firmly back in their box. Good man.

I agree with you on this sinkov, if the Foreign Secretary in the first place and M15 thought she is a risk to the security of this nation, then leave her with the Kurds.

Also sends a rather strong message to stop f**king about with ISIS - or else!
