    This weekend's other games.

West Brom currently beating Brighton but there's only 15 minutes gone. Much as Brighton have it in them to get out of this, a defeat would keep them within reach and also keep the pressure on them.

Brighton have just missed a penalty. One of those stupid, stuttering , faltering run-ups and he ywatted the bar...made a great sound.

    Brighton have now equalised.

    But of course they have.

Farcical scenes...they scored direct from a free kick, Lee Mason disallowed it because he said the whistle hadn't blown...then half a minute later, he allowed it....now ages later they're restarting with the same free kick all because he blew the whistle...after he had blown the whistle, presumably to say they'd taken it too quickly, which I don't think they had.

    No goal.

    Mental. The game is fucked.

It’s insane that they haven’t equalized, they just blew the ball over an empty goal.

One of those classic Fat Sam games where Brighton are easily the best team, but you just know West Brom will snatch it.

Being an ex-pro pundit has to be the easiest job going.

Chat utter shite for the 90 minutes safe in the knowledge that the commentator next to you who's never played the game won't have the balls to call you out on it. Whoever the pundit is today has just described Brighton as "a very, very good team"

You're right, mate, that's why they're where they are...because they're a very, VERY good team...

They've just missed another penalty... Welbeck hit the post this time. Got no-one but themselves to blame if they don't get anything out of this one.

Crystal Palace are a terrible team-I still maintain it would have been better for Brighton to beat them. Fulham should have won this so a point isn't the worst result for us, given their upcoming games.

Wotcha Zippmeister, starts at Burnley imo, everyone there an under is in the mix for 3rd from bottom, lets see what Lardarse does with the Baggies, stil 36ish points up for grabs!
    Take care now
    John..

Afternnon, John. Aye, there's a few in the mix-us, Fulham, Burnley and Brighton, I'd say. You'd think Sheff Utd and West Brom have too much to do-and they're there for a reason, too so, whilst it's mathematically possible, it's highly unlikely.

And that's my worry with us...Bruce is in denial, busy blaming anyone but himself and looking at the number of points still available and thinking it's still in our own hands so we'll be ok. But the same point applies as with the bottom two-we're where we are because we're shit. Never mind why we're shit, who's to blame or how we can play-the fact remains we are a shit football team who won't gain many more points from now until the end of the season precisely because of how poor we are.

Bruce coming up with excuse after excuse and deflecting any blame that comes his way is refusing to come face to face with the problem. and before long it'll be too late. Meanwhile your boys are doing you proud and Moyes is surprising a lot of people.
