    If that would have been City, Liverpool or United, instead of Brighton, that goal would have stood. The advantage should always be with the attacking team, and the opposing defence should be anticipating a quick free kick. I expect Lee Mason to be under some sort of enquiry soon by the powers to be.

    Lee Mason should have been under some sort of enquiry 25 years ago when he was reffing local non-league football, he was awful back then and he's still awful now.The fact that he's risen to the very top tells you all you need to know about the standard of officiating in this country.
