There's too much cheating in the game, it's a culture that is deemed acceptable, and results in refs having to make too many decisions - not just on whether a foul was committed, but whether they are being deceived or not. Footballers persistently cheat, and then cry "it's not fair" when a ref makes an incorrect decision.

I keep seeing players saying that the ref should come and answer questions to the media about their decisions during the game. Why don't players come out and explain why they dive and squeal (as mocked on MotD2 last night) during the game? Rhetorical question, it's because they were cheating persistently throughout the game.

Refs have my sympathy.... mostly, and not necessarily during the match!
