No comment on Johnson being found (in a court) to have acted unlawfully and misled the UK parliament, of course.

    Double-standards again.
That is exactly the point. There should not be any double standards at all. If you are seriously suggesting that because Boris does something it is OK for Nicola to act in the same way you are missing the whole point. The we are Scotland schtick is a complete con IMO. Forgetting or not remembering a failure to act within the rules is just the same as admitting to breaking the rules.

Totally agree.. The English can and do vote out their governments for poor performance. We seem incapable of doing the same in Scotland because the system is different and the law is fully invested in the Holyeood parliament.

    1st vote challenging unionist party

    2nd vote alliance for unity.

George Galloway that famous extreme right wing nutter 😂 showing the way.

SNP can be damaged big time by tactical voting.

He is one clever devious thinker. Would like to see him in Holyrood instead of a Green but I don't think I could vote for him or his party. don't know why, maybe he has United tendencies?

I used to drink in the same pub as Galloway in the sixties, when George was a socialist and member of the Labour Party.
You could hear him before you opened the door, I used to wear my SNP badge just to wind him up,and he is certainly not dark blue, again another reason to wind him up.

Opened the letter and it was an application for a postal vote, complete with my name and address pre-populated on it, and a pre paid envelope to return it to the Electoral Registration office in Dundee. It was accompanied by another sheet of paper that was essentially SNP propaganda about how they must defeat Covid then win the May elections to challenge the UK government and to force indy ref 2, it had rather a large photo of the Sturgfuhrer on it.

All of it went straight in the bin. The problems I have are

    1. where did they get my name and address and why do they think they're entitled to send me a pre populated application for a postal vote?

    2. how do they get away with writing DO NOT IGNORE on an envelope thus essentially forcing the recipient to open it and read their propaganda?

    3. why are they so keen to get people using postal votes? Are they worried that if Covid keeps people away from the polls they might lose seats?

Anyway, I'll be contacting their area office next week and asking them to delete all reference they have to me as I just want nothing to do with them as long as they have that little Hitler at the helm.

    Rant complete
I have had a postal vote since 1994.

A number of years ago I made the point of ensuring that my name and address was on the electoral register that is not sold to companies.
I would have thought under Data Protection laws and the GDPR scheme local authorities are no longer permitted to sell the names and addresses of people on the full voters roll register.
