Thread: The bottom 3

    The bottom 3

Fair play to Fulham they are digging themselves out of the mire and Scottie Blardigan Parker has kept on playing and believing.

Newcastle and Brighton looking fully in that scrap now - if Brighton go down I wonder if we will go back in for Ben Wh................

Still worries me we need another 6 points probably as I can see Fulham and even west brom winning 3 or 4 of their last 10.

Yes there is always that little uneasiness Norfolk, but it is highly unlikely. In reality 7 teams still have to climb above us for this to happen...and surely there are times when they will meet each other. You wouldn't think it would be feasible they could all win enough points in those remaining games. And then add in any points we can muster as a bonus.

First of all, even if the Baggies, win 3 or 4 of their last 10, its not going to catch us. Essentially, it would take Fulham, newcastle, and Brighton, ALL to win a bunch of games for us to be dumped down to 18th. So as it stands it is almost impossible for Leeds to go down. 3 more points will seal it for sure, but even 36 points total should be enough. I would like us to get 55 points and 8th place, but it will take some doing. Need to win 6 of the last 12 and 2 more draws.

That confidence makes me feel a bit better, I'll still sleep better with a few more points under our belts.

Just what I was thinking on the relegation threat. Newcastle have big problems, they ave no strike force, Carrol is just a joke now all he does is come on and foul someone, his contract is up soon and it will be interesting to see who takes him on, do Gateshead have a team?

A few more points this month would relax the nerves. Would be great to take 3 points off The Hammers tonight - decent pitch to play on - injured players coming back and we have to break the London jinx sooner or later so ...
