It’s not Ardleys fault that he is the longest serving manager since Warnock. A more telling stat would be the ratio of players signed v games managed.

Completely agree. His management record at Notts is terrible given the resources at his disposal vs the opposition. There is no valid reason for this - he has been backed with signing after signing throughout his tenure.

We must challenge for top spot. If the next 10 games don’t offer championship form I would happily see the back of him. He’s a nice bloke and I wish him well but enough would be enough at that point.

This. I'm getting sick of us struggling with all the backing he's had, we should be top. Would happily hold on if thought he was going to get better but I think it'll just be more of the same.
