    V Toon

If ever there was a team that looked doomed and ready for sloughter, its Newcastle. No excuses, perfect fidder for us to get back on track and Ollie scoring again.
Hopefully this will not be another Sheff utd? Newcastle have Major injuries to key players, we should have both Jack and Matty back.
I'm going to stick my neck out here and say, a comfortable 2-0 win.

Well, Dave, your confidence in the Villa is commendable. But what, in what I’d guess to be supporting the Villa for nigh on 50 years, makes you really believe that last post?

My experiences over that same period have historically been liberally sprinkled with disappointment, especially from these kinds of certainties.

Here’s hoping for a win and a possible, but unlikely return for our injured players.

Depends how Deano views them as opposition I suppose, got it wrong with team selection vs Sheff Utd but one thing for certain is Bruce will only look upon this fixture for a draw at best against our resolute defence. I hope Jack can play some part at least, they will park the bus and let us have the ball, we need his guile to unlock that.

Well my theory is, both AEG and Traore have had their bad games so now both due a good one! If these two can get their act together, with Watkins, there are goals. For me it"s simple we will score, they won't.

Ps I keep looking behind me when I say this 😬

Well they're into backs to the wall relegation territory so I expect a tough away game. We 'should' beat them but as we know an unkind bounce or deflection gifted early goal and we're chasing the game and we haven't exactly been banging them in lately.
I'm not predicting a score after calling west ham over rated and calling a 3-0 win.

    Come on you Villans!

Its a pity there's no home crowd because their players would cave in under the pressure, ive been up there and they are right nasty fickle lot. Plus point for Brucie, no Cabages yet, an early goal for us and they will buckle. Unless its a repeat of Sheff utd I cannot see Newcastle suddenly turning it on, on the other hand, we are due a good performance with or without Jack.
