Looks like he's fallen out with owner and he hasn't spent wisely to improve the team after 4 years of success. Harsh decision, but such is football nowadays, short term ism and money rule.

Hope they win the FA Cup now

I saw this on Thursday that he was to leave on Friday. My first thought was "ridiculous" but then, as others have said, it's the way football is these days and I don't think he'd have lasted till Christmas at virtually any other club.

My reason for describing it as ‘madness’ was that, no one will change their destiny this season and I can’t think of anyone better to get them back up next.

Again we don't know what's happened, seems like it could be his decision, perhaps he had had enough? Or maybe he hopes that another more lucrative job at a club with more potential will be available?

You can see the good it's done already, only losing 0-5
