Dack is looking to be out long term again

It looks like a ACL recurrence,so we wont see him potentially until the 2022/23 season.
Awful news for the lad and for us,as he was just getting his sharpness back.

We will just have to get on. Like we have the last 12 months. Had Dack not got injured Armstrong would never have got in the side and scored all those goals. When one door closes another opens in football.
But on a personal note to a player I have always enjoyed watching and has always given his all for us I feel so sorry for him.
Not sure he will come back a second time the same player. That will be going on 2 years out of football by next year. It's such a shame as he was playing well last night.
But football is harsh. All that will be quickly forgotten and blamed on Mowbray over time.

Even the worst of our fanbase can't blame this on mowbray surely?
We will move on and maybe give a chance to some of our decent under 23 players.
The academy is our only way forward as the well is pretty dry.

They are doing that right now Robin.
People are moaning because they all say we are underachieving. Most people had decided he was tu be sacked about 4 weeks ago. Most had turned on him then.
We are sat where we are in the table because we have had 6 different centre halve pairings. All down to injury. More than any other club in the Champ.
A year ago we lost our best and most ***** player. Our leader. He was out for a whole year. We lost Travis for half a season. We lost our captain. We lost all the under study players like Wharton and Rankin Costello etc.
We lose out in games like Brentford solely down to poor refereeing decisions.
And what does our fan base do? The fan base thats held us back for decades? That all disappeared when we got relegated from the Prem?
They moan. They blame. They attack. They put up non stop posts about this being his final game etc etc.
Nobody looks at what has happened. Nobody supports the club. Nobody takes a step back and looks at the reasons why.

That absolute clown who came on here recently blaming everything on Tony Mowbray sums up everything wrong.

We will lose Dack. This time he probably wont recover. And that will have a monumental effect on us as a club. Of course it will.
Instead of our 'fans' supporting our club during this tough time they will blame us underachieving, not on the clear and obvious. No. They will blame all of that on Tony Mowbray.
Ignore the injuries. Ignore the bad decisions that plague clubs at this level.
If he uses academy players and that doesnt work and results suffer mate, just like this season. Everyone will turn on him and blame him when it inevitably goes wrong. Which any club getting the sheer volume of key injuries to key players continually would have an effect.
Just not here. Thats not allowed here. We need to sack the manager.
