Score and scorers predictions vs. AFC Hornchurch 27.03.21 [FAT SF]

6-0 Ellis, Knowles x2, new kid, JOB, Barnett.

Disappointed with anything less than a thrashing.

I had to look up which league the Mighty Urchins are in (9th in the Isthmian League, only played cup games since November). Losing to Hornchurch would probably be the worst result in Notts’ history, but who knows which Notts team will turn up? The one that played Yeovil at home or the one that played Teovil away.

    I’ll go for a nervy 2-1 to Notts (Sam x 2).

We should absolutely batter these given the circumstances. Absolutely no excuses can be offered whatsoever.

    Notts 1-0 Hornchurch

    Knowles

'Credit to Hornchurch, they were well-rested and came with a game plan to make it difficult for us, that's why I played 5 at the back'

a dull 2-0 win Knowles and Efiwrong.

A full strength Notts leaves it late with 2 goals in the last 10 minutes to secure an undeserved trip to Wembley in possibly the easiest cup run ever.

I don't think it will be full strength, but then again what exactly is full strength? It should be a repeat of Arbroath beating Bon Accord 36-0, if my memory serves me well.

Underestimating the opposition is a dangerous thing in football, let’s hope the manager and team he puts out don’t do that. They are in the same semi-final as us and have equally earned the right to be there. Having said all that I believe we will show the quality we have over them and the advantage of being full time and still playing our league should result in a comfortable win. 3-0, Knowles 2, Rodriguez.
