EFL Appeal Derby County Independent Panel Decision

Derby County were charged by the EFL, for breaching spending rules, on the
" Amortisation of Intangible Assets", while the sale of Pride Park, also
    caused complaints to the EFL.
A verdict by an Independent Panel, cleared Derby County of any wrong doing.
But the EFL have appealed the decision, to which Derby County have vowed
    to resist the EFL appeal.
Derby County could face a points deduction, if the EFL are successful in their
appeal, against the verdict, & perhaps a fine.
The EFL are to appeal to a independent panel, but we all know, Derby County
will get away with it, or just get a fine.

    If guilty a small fine

Any points deductions will be next season anyway

Ironic that the EFL has no balls

No doubt they'd soon find some of it was us or some other "less fashionable" team.
With the phrase "making an example of and deterrent to others" trotted out

I think the Derby Chairman is one of the main EFL board members.
I'd love to be a fly on the wall when they next meet up

Being done by Zoom, I believe.

Outcome already known, before the inquiry appeal

Why do they need to go to an Independent panel?? Could the EFL just say," These are the rules and you broke them", this is the punishment......blar blar blar.

Or didn't the EFL think of this "get out of jail money scheme"?? and the rule wasn't in place? Hope they've closed the loophole now..

If we try it, it would be “loop hole” closed and unlimited sanctions for the audacity to even think of challenging the EFL.
If one of the deluded massive clubs do it, they can expect a slight stroke (that’s not even slap!!) on the wrist.
They could even be awarded more points for showing ingenuity against the plebs!!!

The EFL should also challenge the reduction of SWFC ,s points deduction.
They cheated and their original points deduction should be upheld
