The club sponsors of the south stand, the Mead family, are renaming the south stand after Paul Mullin after his record goal scoring exploits.

If the stand needs renaming it should be after the Mead family, after a lifetime of club sponsorship. Paul Mullin is here for twelve months, then hes gone, the Mead family are here forever. Mullin is only here for his own sake.

The club made him, the team plays to his strengths.

Not only are the Meads lifelong fans, but they put money in on top of that, which beats me hands down, having been a life long fan, i cant take it any more. The lifeless drudgery of failure, though you can call it that, but a being alive, but dead, a sort of endless limbo.

The Meads should have the entire ground named after them. The real heroes are the fans, feeding on scraps. There are no medals for the people who turn up month after month, year after year.

And then punished for not bending the knee. Mullin has done really well, but the Meads beat him, easily.

Pete, of Ainsworth Street.
