So close but so far. A good recovery after a dreadful start.

Made a decent fist of it in the end but the same old problem killed us, the first 45 mins. How this problem can persist when it has haunted us for so long is beyond me.

Good effort by our lads after the break, but their poor display in the first half created a difficulty they were unable to overcome. I'm sure we can take some positives from this performance, but our ability to convert decent opportunities into goals wont be one of them. Never mind, perhaps we can take out our frustrations out on Fulham, but maybe that might not be so easy.

yet another defeat but we did score,

when we lose at fulham on friday and the relegation gap points is reduced to just 6 , we will find
out how much backbone this team has.

now no longer a force in the prem ...going backwards every game we play

Nuno and the coaches would have been preparing a team over the previous days that included Otto and Boly. Their late non availability would seriously have effected our organisation at the back.

Donk had the chance to take Lingard out during his run, as others have done to us. Personally I am glad he didn't, I want those type of fouls eradicated from football.

Yes West Ham wasted time at the end and Lingard was rightly booked. we would probably done the same.

After a torrid first half, we came out on top with shots and possession, but the score tells a different story. We had chances but we need to be more clinical.

There were many good points in the game to take to The Cottage. Podence for example will be a plus over the remaining weeks. After a small revival, Fulham are starting to struggle again.
