Yes, ebay is pretty crap now for sellers, people are using Facebook Marketplace instead, although that can come with it's dangers.

buy on e bay safe as houses.
PayPal repay you then go for sellers.
    a bit like section 75.
sell and you are up the creek
sold 90 quid things ended up with 12% less.
got barred from selling V&B jeans as they raised a complaint.
    Can't take those fkrs on.
Took me ages to get rid.

    Never post before payment.

I always pay straight away, when buying anything, then you get good feedback, which helps
    when selling anything.

    O/T e bay has imploded

any sellers here? now they want your bank details. like fk.and you must post items before payment.

How are they going to pay you without your bank details, how would you get paid otherwise?
Once someone has paid for something Ebay has the money, as a seller you get that money a couple of days later ,as I said before all merchants are the same, apart from PayPal.

I ordered a jacket on ebay, the firm selling them was in Leicester, the size I
    ordered was xxl.
Paid for the jacket, & waited for delivery.
The package with the jacket in came, when I took the jacket out, & went to
try it on, I found the jacket was the size to fit a 10 year old.
I contacted the seller, who said they would send me £10, & for me to keep
    the jacket.
After looking the company up, it had several complaints, each complainant
had been offered £10 & told to keep the jacket.
So the firm was getting the items from China, knowingly sending the wrong
    sizes out to customers.
So I e-mailed the firm, & told them I was contacting Leicester Trading
Standards to report them, & take further action.
The firm sent me a full refund, & told me to keep the jacket.
Has corporal Jones said, " They don't like it up em ".
