    It is with great sadness that I see the Green Lane crash pad has sold and I don't think it was Sota or CT that bought it. Anyone thinking of a reverse crash pad and joining us out here, here's an attractive proposition just sold down the road from me and the April 1st sale date does not indicate it's a joke

    Not sure about the gold mine but yes it is near a place called Maltby. It sold in 1 day.

    Be interesting to see what it sells for. At that price they won't make a massive amount on the flip - if Seattle area property development costs are anything like ours. Nicely done but the shared-drive would be a big downer here...
