Not a bad return cam. m8 I wouldn't turn my nose up at any flip. UK is mental atm. not enough houses. To many buyers. You prob didn't see it but in the Sheffield star last week was a property. I actually bid on it. Was in Handsworth. Nothing special 3 bed semi. Original wooden windows n doors. No central heating. It wanted gutting and atleast 25k throwing at it. Guide price 100-110k. I forcast a resale of 180k. Fall of hammer 172k. I had a call today from a estate agent I know quite well. Was about one I offered on near Clifton park. Little 2 bed terraced house. 80k asking. I didn't mess about and went to 85k. He called today. Were just shy of 100k are you still interested. I'm fek no

Thanks for letting us know! That was well played.

I think Seattle and San Francisco have the same market and for largely the same reasons. I'm about the same distance from SF as you are from Seattle. The city is overpriced and pretty run down. Most of the tech industry people are working perfectly happily from home so the incentive to live in the city is far less than it was. Commercial real estate prices in the city are tanking and housing rents dropping. Will be interesting to see if there is a correction the other way over time.

Some people will buy anything. I hope this wasn't one of yours Cayton?

Says it's refurbished but will need some cosmetic finishing. Doesn't look like they've even started to me. Looking at that kitchen I think the builder needs a new level

Been perusing again and think this one could work out as a crash pad for us expats with a bit of help from Cayton and his magic touch

We might have a bit of a problem with carbonization - but, other than that, good to go!

Minor problem. I think a couple of plug in air fresheners would do the trick. Where else can you get a complete house for about 10% of what the average Californian pays for a bedroom closet makeover

This one looks to be in a bit better condition than the last one and is very handily placed for NYS

Crash, I know these flats. It's one on the rear above the old Muntus shop. Here's a marker for you. The flats I believe 3 in total recently showed on a Police programme in Rotherham when they raided one of them looking for drugs etc. About 6 lads all ran out of the flat and one officer was assaulted in the melee. Not as nice as what you think!

Strangely it does say cash buyers only and that's usually a red flag for one reason or another and in this case it's probably the one you mention.

PS Don't call me Crash, I'm much better looking
