The above is true of course but does it support the assertion of JDFC that the SNP, i.e. the entire party, sided with the Nazis? Or does it just show that one prominent member of the SNP had, in earlier life before he became leader of the SNP, been accused of and jailed for Nazi sympathizing despite never having faced trial, being found guilty nor any evidence of this 'crime' ever being presented other than a statement from one MI5 agent who 'suspected' it to be the case?
Can we therefore dismiss JDFC's assertion that the SNP were Nazi sympathisers on the grounds that it was never proven?
For the record I couldn't give a monkey's what Philip was.
