Player of the Season - Philip's, we struggle to get any points when he is not in the team. Makes the team tick
Best Signing - Meslier, had a few dodgy moments for sure, but some of the saves he has made to keep us in games have been truly outstanding. Counting him as being signed this season as we only had him on loan last season.
Biggest surprise - Paying €30 million for an international striker and then playing him as an attacking midfielder. (Also equally surprised at how little game time Pablo has had this year).
Best individual moment from a player - Raphina nut megging Cahill who is an ex England International defender - Priceless!
Biggest disappointment - VAR, thought it would make the game cleaner quicker and more exciting but the opposite has happened.
Best youngster/one to watch - Not sure who to pick as several youngsters worth a mention, but gone with Greenwood, appears to be a dead ball specialist. Something we have missed for a while.
