This message first appeared on the Grimsby Town fishy forum in 2010 from a fan following their relegation from the football league.

This puts things in perspective in a football sense in that if you think we have it bad, Grimsby Town seem to be on the cusp of repeating history.

It is a double whammy for me as they are my stepsons team and have had some good days out a Blundell Park.

Football is cyclical but this post encapsulates any fan in those dark days of relegation:
