    Matt Ritchie

    Can't be lost on both us and the players, the difference he's made in our last three performances.

    Not just his influence on the pitch, two crosses leading to goals, but to the moods in the changing room.

    He ipitomises the player we need.

    He does, Stan. 3 games he's been in and we've drawn one and won two.

    Plus, he called Bruce a coward so he deserves a medal.
