    Dúbravka

I know this topic has been well covered on here before but I think him coming back has been as significant as ASM, Wilson & Almirón being fit at the same time. Darlow had an incredible season but has never established himself after about 5 years and the number one number 1 was always going to get back in at some point when fit. I just think that the defence seems so much more organised when he is in the team and his leadership and confidence can be felt. He’s never going to be a Gordon Banks or even a Peter Shilton but I definitely think he improves us as a team.

Yep, that's a very good point-a lot of focus has been on the Saint but having Dubravka back has been ***** too.

Going back to my 'spine' thread, Dubravka, Lejeune and Wilson would be a pretty good start although I can't think of any of our current midfielders good enough to be mentioned in the same breath.

Very good and I think correct.

I think that at the back of their minds the defence is just more confident with Dubs there, not to take away how good Darlow did but Dubs is a level above.

Darlow seems to be a bit like Harper was - could’ve played a lot more games elsewhere but seems happy to be cover for a better keeper (Given, obviously).

Just got MOTD on - after watching it again, he probably should’ve done better for the first goal

Don’t think he will be happy to be second choice, and wouldn’t be surprised if he wants away in the summer.

    Dubravka is top notch...

    My favourite keeper since Pav...
(Although I appreciate given was better)
