pure greed mate. Man Citeh have now also signed up to it.

Bayern and PSG not having any of it. Fifa, UEFA, PL etc are standing together on this. If it goes ahead, they cant compete in any other competition and the players cant play for their countries.

So the PL wouldn't let our takeover go through because they were protecting the so called top 6. Now the top 6 look like turning their back on the corrupt PL.

we all saw this coming like Geordie mate. The greed of these feckers has no limits.

The greedy Americans put the idea in the heads of the so called bigger clubs with their franchise shlt.
I hope they all plss off to a super league and are not allowed back when it goes tlts up

I think this may actually go in our favour for the takeover, the PL have backed the so called top 6 and protected them from the nasty Saudi's breaking up their little club, and as you have said, they have basically shafted the PL.

Imagine being fans of these teams having to spend hard earned money to travel all over Europe all season. They will get sick of that crap quickly.
UEFA will keep the Champions League going with the teams left. A lot more competitive.

The Premier League said a European Super League would "destroy" the dream of fans that "their team may climb to the top and play against the best".

The irony - to add to what Tanya said a couple of posts ago, the league are now looking even more incompetent and outmanoeuvred by the very clubs that they’ve helped to make obscene money for and have far too much influence.

The same old money grabbing clubs hopefully they do leave and join that superleague and get kicked out of everything else, they will soon get fed up of meeting eachother so often and come crawling back.

good riddance to the lot of them, no return ever for teams, managers, owners or anyone signing for them. Let`s hope the fans can afford the season tickets to watch arsenal vs chelsea 4 times etcetcetc
from bbc...."Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United and Tottenham are part of the group.

La Liga's Atletico Madrid, Barcelona and Real Madrid and Serie A's AC Milan, Inter Milan and Juventus are involved." Germans said **** off

They can all fuck off, then, and take their plastic fans with them.

Would we miss them? Aye, at first but the teams left would make a cracking league with 6 from the Chimpo and it wouldn't be long before it became the norm.

Meanwhile, the European League would become boring and like a real-life FIFA screwing the fans for every penny by maaking slight changes to it each season. The fanboys are welcome to it.

Mind, it is canny funny how the PL have denied the takeover to protect their masters, the big 6...who have now said we don't need you.
