    Adam Armstrong

    Scored another 3 goals today for Blackburn. Would he come back here? Surely he would offer more than Joelinton

    He would indeed offer more than Joe Shinton but, then, my 10 year old niece would offer more than him.

    I worry, though, that he would be a Dwight Gayle-fantastic in the Chimpo but wouldn't quite cut it in the Prem?

    You could be right. My fear is that we won't replace Joelinton next season though when it's glaringly obvious he isn't Premier League standard

    He's not...but there were a couple of things he did today which did make me wonder if a different manager might get something more out of him...?

    This for me. I like Armstrong but he clearly isn't a prem striker.

    He'll be a generaic jump between leagues - do well in chimpo, get to prem - fail, drop down, do well and repeat.
