I need to stop thinking these things.
Wow - thanks for that thought Zip :|

Looks like it is utterly falling apart now.

I see the PL are welcoming them back with a cup of cocoa in hand. Not so much as a slap on the wrist coming.
Money is everything to these people.

    That's a good point actually.

In a fair world, there would be some kind of sanctioning against the clubs that had an affair, but have decided to come crawling back on their knees.

I'll bet a pound to a penny that had it been clubs from the next tier down, i.e. Leicester, West Ham, Everton, etc. involved in the mad scheme rather than the darling favourites they would have received some sort of punishment in the way of sanctions before being permitted to return to normality.

    - 5 year ban from UEFA competitions
    - 50 point reduction for next 5 seasons they are in EPL (deferred if relegated and come back up)
    - EPL support any sanction by EFL for a club relegated
    - Appropriate fines to be agreed with other clubs
    - Forfeit of TV money to be agreed with other clubs

That’s the kind of thing that should happen but no fücking chance it will.

It'll be shocking if nothing happens - surely the prem aren't so dense as to see that people want blood for this.

There should be mass fines and points deductions at bare minimum.
