The "12" seem to have missed out on the fact that they will decimate national Leagues' revenue, put a lot of smaller clubs out of business and that will mean a lot of talented players never getting further than a Sundy afternoon beer league.
I exaggerate somewhat to make the point but a lot of players will slip through the net following any move to an ESL.

These Clubs are owned by narrow minded, self centred tossers whose field of vision dismisses anything outside their utopia. IE. fu*k you, we're OK so pull up the ladder you can go down with the rest of the plebs.
As their talent pool is worldwide and with megabucks to spend letting a few through the net will not take up more than one milli-second of their thought patterns!
Personally, I wouldn't have missed them in the slightest!
