Strange how we are all tarred with the same brush because we are football fans.
Since you have to be a member on here to be insulted, we can carry on this weekend taking the pi$$ out of everything and everyone.
I understand social media is NOT operating this weekend on football matters in an effort to stamp out racism.
Good luck with that.
Strange how we are all tarred with the same brush because we are football fans.
QUOTE OF THE DAY from the Guardian:
“It is critical this is not a one-off. It should be viewed as part of a broader collective campaign that does not stop at punishing those with abhorrent views or who troll for the sake of trolling, but explores more broadly the root causes of racism, $ex-ism, homophobia and other forms of abuse, and looks to use the popularity and power of football to drive the changes needed more generally in society to eradicate those views for good” – why Suzanne Wrack is joining the social media disgrace boycott.
Have you ever read such bollox?

There's an easy answer to it, just get off social media altogether, something I've been advocating for a long time now, problem solved. Really it's just virtue signalling by the Tw@tterati, they'll be back on social media soon enough, the woke can't live without it, and the abuse will carry on as before.
I have regular political exchanges on Facebook, no-one gets nasty and vindictive, but what really concerns me with the whole shebang sinkov is how easy it is for people with nefarious purposes to target the young and vulnerable.
Knowing this happens, I have no idea why the Home Office led by Johnson and Patel does not simply shut the whole rotten charade down.
In our family we have had to take extreme, collective measures because we realised that my ten year old granddaughter was a victim of "cyber bullying". The problem is now "sorted".
