That's the IB and MR four year partnership blown to pieces in one hit. Where do we go from here as whoever comes in as assistant manager now will be second best so to speak. What a mess this season is turning into.
We need to be careful because this disruption and instability is going to impact next season if the club does not hurry up and sort itself out.
