You are right though as I too found this an appalling story around midnight. Just typical of the coward French Government to come up with something like this and all because they didn't expect us to leave and still over the fishing rights, which, were finally agreed upon before the treaty was signed. How can they say they want more now?

It's actually Jersey they are going to target first if they don't get what they want. As we all know, the hospitals will have emergency generator back up but, this doesn't last forever. As for cutting off the power to Jersey, doesn't the UK get a load of electric from a frog company? Our mainland will be next.

Its been much better a bit further up the coast today Crash, had a great days fishing in mainly sunshine, did start raining at packing up time though
