    Paul Warne may resign

If we get relegated pw is going to think if he will carry on.

He is ambitious for his family

He knows rotherham will never be able to compete in the championship and he knows he can do a job for a bigger club.

You think it's bad now look at the crap we will get associated with / sign when he goes

Can he do the job for a bigger club?

Only proven at League 1 level so far, but we'll see what happens Saturday.

I would suggest a number two job first if going to a bigger club.

I dont think PW would need to resign to get another club, I've already said on other threads that I believe someone will come knocking and give him a decision to make, Huddersfield maybe? Or how about Derby? and if he is anything like ambitious, and it's a step up for him, then he should take it UTM

A number 2 job, he gets plenty of sh*t on here already.

Could he fall on his sword, we will see, he still has a lot to learn to being a manager,
a proven division one manager, but he needed someone with experience at his side
    for the championship.
The club has not learnt the lessen from our last relegation, Tony Stewart said we had,
but has not acted on it.
One of Warnes mistake is not getting a left back in during the January transfer window,
to which other teams took advantage of.
If Paul Warne thinks he can't take the Millers to the championship & keep us there with
the playing staff he had, he should have told Tony Stewart.

He could decide he's had enough with football management.
Understandable considering the amount of criticism he's received from some fans
