    This legal action...

Very good thread in the link which makes some excellent points explaining why the very fact that Ashley has made this move is a good sign. Definitely worth a read.

did you see the podcast yesterday with Keith? clear as day, he stated they already had enough evidence to win the case

its up to Ashley how deep he wants to go with it. Just a waiting game now mate

1 hour 47 mins in is where he gives the time line as to what will happen

the best point made in the 90 minutes of talking about the case is .................. if the PL let this go to court, its a CAR CRASH!

    I like this bit:

3.5/ (as a side note, a top qualified TEAM of QC’s will not take on a case that doesn’t have legs. Yes, this is a huge case and it can seem daunting ... but surely the evidence speaks volumes to be progressed this far with absolute confidence).

It’s all about reputation with top Barrister’s. When you look at De Marco’s CV he’s had some very high profile cases and now he’s nationally well known now by football fans and how many other QC’s could many of us name. These dudes will be exactly the same, if this case is as certain as the writer is claiming, their reputations will be astronomical. Plus I’d love to see the day when the smile is wiped off that smug bästard Masters. A brilliant read indeed.
