    As I've said before, it wasn't on Sam's watch that we went down. The damage was done before he arrived. Yes, it took him a while to get us playing how he wanted but if we'd have had him for a full season there's no way that we would have gone down. Slavan was popular with many fans but the performances were very poor under him, especially if you take into consideration that our form in the second half of the Championship season was also poor.

    We now have to look to the future and from my point of view, hopefully with Sam in charge. He knows what he wants, can spot a player and given the backing, I think that he can take us straight back up.
