Got my tickets to see the 'farewell'tour with Foreigner at the hydro next May today. Saw them on their first uk tour in 77 or 78 and many times since then. Very different band now and DCs voice is shot, but should still be a great show.

Think it must have been later I saw Foreigner, it was the tour they did to promote the 4 Album (Urgent etc) good gig but the NEC Birmingham, would love to have seen them before they were selling out big venues like that.

I get it wrong quite often. But more so I've got it right. And I think we are currently being run by a bunch if charletons ATM.

You can point the finger at TA, rightfully so. But the buck stops at the top.

The only individual that has made money out of Scottish football in my lifetime was Fergus McCann. I challenge everyone to offer otherwise?

Confidence amongst the (dwindling support) is at an all time low.

If you want DUFC to be a success, then you had better take a step back and recognise that there is a serious disconnect that has appeared between the support and the club.

It requires more than a 'charm offensive', many of our supporters have 'seen it all'' so please stop trying to fob us off with excuses.

If you (the Ogrens) are truly up for the challenge, then the fans will back you and the team - like you ain't even seen yet. Believe you me, a packed Tannadice on a European tie night is special.

But there is something wrong ATM. And I think we all know where/who the problem is.

He was at the two Tannadice derbies which both were electric and packed so he has a good idea

I'd rather have this kind of build to a season with stability of team and squad than what we got between 98-2006, those years were hellish apart from the odd great escape or cup run

Our current defence and goal keeper is better than any we had during those years right away

Honestly, I get the concern about a new manager, it wasn't anyone's choice, it's the unknown and the frustration that we haven't signed a couple key players as yet, outwith that, the negativity and feeling has become drama queen like and lost all perspective in a section of our support, there is a thread on the board "get a effin grip" and that's what some fans need to do, settle down, let's see where we are after 5-6 games, then after 11 when we've faced everyone (the league of galacticos we've entered since May) , I'm personally just looking forward to getting back to games and being right behind the team and manager
