The CUOSC folk regard themselves as representatives of not just their membership but of all Carlisle United supporters. But the vast majority of Carlisle United supporters consider that the holders of almost 75% of Holdings shares have made numerous decisions that have been flawed. Yet there is no high profile record of any kind of questioning of any decision at Holdings or 1921 board meetings or in the general audio / visual, print, internet media by either the Holdings or 1921 CUOSC representatives. Thus we can assume that CUOSC is totally in agreement with all of the inept decisions made at both Holdings and 1921 board meetings.

For me thecumbrians.net site lost all credibility when its moderators joined the CUSG. It smacks to me of wanting to be in a privileged position and to retain such position by not 'rocking the boat'.

Any sort of official supporter communication with the club that has never resulted in any criticism of the running of the club can have zero credibility.

After the Fans' Forum let's have your votes for these awards :-

    Best Bullshit

Most Blatant Attempt To Not Answer The Question

Foot In Mouth (This has been dominated by Steven Pattison, so in his abscence it should be keenly contested.)

Best Fillibuster (Talking for a long time in order to ensure that fewer questions are asked in the given time.)

Best Attempt To Stifle Questions On A Topic (DH & NC have often tried to command the 'live' audience not to ask questions about the past.)

Best Mention Of A Non-Disclosure Agreement

Over at the other place they are calling it Owners Fans' Forum, so presumably John Jackson (Purepay director and Holdings director) and Philip Day (Purepay owner) will be there.

I approach this forum with an open mind, as always.

It is hugely disappointing the major players will not be there however (EWM & Jenkins).

Have you ever seen a more shabby looking couple of folk than tonight's CUOSC effort in both clothes and facial hair.

Meanwhile Nigel Clibbens was smart casual, John Nixon and David Holdsworth were dressed for a Cabinet meeting.

This was a win for the club before any of them had even spoken.

When did Jim Mitchell morph into Sir Bobby Charlton?
