Claret in B: As sinkov says ''Al Jazeera is no friend of Israel and they say " Hamas action came in response to an Israeli crackdown on Palestinians in occupied East Jerusalem and the storming of Al-Aqsa Mosque.'' Before any action you need a cause, The law of Nature is Action - Reaction. For Hamas this ''storming of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, that can be for them a cause to start the war! Why shouls israel bomb Gaza they were doing nothing to use ( then after their firing of Rockets on May 9th?) That was our cause!

Historian Andrew Roberts points out what should be bleedin obvious to the Palestinians by now,

"To listen to some in the anti-Israel movement today – which extends far further into Britain’s media than it should – one might imagine that the Palestinian exodus of 73 years ago was somehow an occurrence unique in modern history. The truth is very different. For all sorts of geopolitical reasons, many groups were forcibly or voluntarily moved during the troubled decade of the 1940s. There were no fewer than 20 different groups – including the Sikhs, Muslims and Hindus of the Punjab, the Crimean Tartars, the Japanese and Korean Kuril and Sakhalin Islanders, the Soviet Chechen, Ingush and Balkars – who were displaced in that period, many in their tens or hundreds of thousands.

None of the specific circumstances are directly comparable. But all of these peoples chose to try to make the best of their new environs except one, and most have succeeded. Some, such as those who emigrated to the United States, have done so triumphantly. The sole exception has been the Palestinians, whose leaders again and again chose to embrace fanatical irredentism and recurrent intifadas regardless of the interests of their people. The rubble seen in Gaza today is all they have to show for it.

The Palestinian militant cadres chose the terrorist path while every other one of the displaced people of the late-1940s chose the peaceful one of moving on with their national stories, looking forward, rather than back to a past that has grown rosier through the distorting prism of hindsight."

That's not true BT, The so called Palestinians want a state, or a country but they are wanting all, and when they get it they would merge into the great 'Ummah'. A united Muslim community stretching from Morocco to India. The question is would they stop there?

The Muslims want a Muslim world, unfortunately that means religious wars. they need to chill and accept other religions and infidels as the norm.

That's right Kris, or put like this.

Ummah (Arabic: أمة‎ ) is an Arabic word meaning "community". It is distinguished from shaʻb (شعب ), which means a nation with common ancestry or geography. Thus, it can be said to be a supra-national community with a common history.

Because Islam is a worldwide faith, Muslims use the term ummah for the worldwide community of Islam. This term means that all Muslims, regardless of where they live in the world, are all members of a worldwide faith.

The term umma is an Arabic word. Its most common meaning is that of a group of people or a community, and it also refers to a religious community or a group of people who follow God's guidance. (???)

Oh dear they really are crazy!

PA mufti expelled from prayers at al-Aqsa for not supporting Hamas, Gaza
Protesters shouted slogans in support of Hamas and denounced Palestinian Mufti of Jerusalem, Sheikh Mohammed Hussein for his affiliation with the Palestinian Authority. (Fatah!)

“We are the men of Mohammed Deif,” hundreds of angry worshipers shouted as bodyguards whisked the mufti away from the mosque.
Deif is the supreme commander of Hamas’s military wing, Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades. Other worshipers shouted: “Go away, go away, we don’t want to see the dogs of the Palestinian Authority.”

The incident came shortly after tens of thousands of Palestinians celebrated at al-Aqsa Mosque compound what they called Hamas’s “victory” against Israel during the last round of fighting.

(If Hamas is gaining support in the West bank ,do not expect calm! )

BT ,calm these misguided ,perplexed souls !.....that's an order from the IDF!

Riots break out in response to ceasefire, Hamas flags waved

Police forces clashed with Palestinians on the Temple Mount Friday morning after hundreds of youth threw stones and Molotov cocktails at police officers.

.....but wasn't that the cause Hamas fired its rockets?? The bull shoiters!

On 10 May 2021 Hamas took credit for firing 7 rockets at Jerusalem and Beit Shemesh from Gaza, in what Hamas said was a response to injuries of over 300 Arabs in clashes with Israeli police outside al Aqsa mosque.

Over the past 20 years, Hamas and other groups have fired an estimated 20,000 rockets into Israel, with over 4,000 being launched in the past 10 days alone.
For a minute (if that’s possible) let’s put aside the horrendous effect this has had on Israel’s population and talk about ‘Palestinian funding’.
According to sources such as Forbes, the Gatestone Institute and others, the ‘Palestinians’ have received around $32 Billion in donations over the past 20 years.
It is estimated that up to 90% of that money has either found its way into the pockets of corrupt leaders or been used to buy weapons and build tunnels.
Each tunnel can cost up to $3 million to build and rockets are between $500 and $800 a piece.
So let’s be clear - the PA and Hamas have no interest in the welfare of the residents of the 'West Bank’ and Gaza, and they certainly don’t want peace (there’s no money to be made from it).
They’re only interested in two things - destroying Israel, and lining their own pockets in the process.
Fortunately for them, at this moment in time the world appears to be populated with more than its fair share of useful idiots and virtue-signalling celebrities.

It was the same in Northern Ireland, two corrupt organisations fighting each other with no thought for ordinary citizens. basically gangsters feathering their own pockets using a "cause" to justify their actions.
