By launching military aggression against unharmed Palestinian civilians, Israel has violated fundamental norms and principles of international law, bilateral and multilateral agreements.

If someone woke today from say a 25 year coma and was told a terrorist organisation had taken over Gaza and had embedded a military complex into and under the civilian infrastructure, including underneath hospitals and schools, where they manufactured and stored missiles to fire into neighbouring Israel. If they were told that they had constructed 300 miles of tunnels from which they could attack Israel, if they were told that this terrorist organisation had rejected a two state solution and planned only to destroy Israel and wipe every Jew they could find off the face of the earth, if they were told that they were supported and/or financed in this venture, not only by numerous Muslim countries but by many others including western democracies, this person would say, 'But that is completely and utterly insane, this is violating all fundamental norms and principals of international law, bilateral and multilateral agreements, why on earth has this been allowed to happen.

And that would be a very good question.

I ask the question once again, why did Israel allow Hamas to subjugate the Gazan Palestinian population by embedding that terror organisation into the Gaza Strip from 2006?

Netanyahu and his cronies stood and watched while Hamas persecuted the Gaza civilian population while aiding and abetting Israel's subjugation of 2.2 million people. Hamas were complicit in the apartheid policy of separating the West Bank from Gaza while splitting what was left of Palestine into two. Good allies to Bibi were Hamas, a pity for them there usefulness wore thin.

I ask again where were the IDF when 3000 harmed militants rained down on a rave taking place 800 yards from a fence designed to keep Israel safe?

How on earth were 250 people allowed to be chucked onto the back of 4 x 4s and motor bikes and then taken to an underground tunnel network 20 miles away from the nearest attacked kibbutz?

None of it makes any sense unless Bibi needed the ultimate excuse to create his own "Final Solution" to the Palestinian Two State problem.

    He has and he does.

Unless you are quiet bored there in Bolton?? Try a long walk to say Little leaver?? Or you could take a 3 month holiday in Gaza? Surely you could get answers there. Unless most are suffering from shell shock?

Then again the Israelis approached Gaza from the east ,the wind is blowing from West to East , that means lots of sand is catching the Israelis. Have you you tried drinking water ,with sand 'blasting' at you? or eating 'hot dogs or a chicken leg?' Builder's, strip old concrete on walls by 'blasting sand at it.' So let those crazy pyjama people do what they seem fit to do .Then its so hot, soldiers fry eggs without using any flame or fire. Taking a shower you need to do it a least 4-5 times a day. Then again ,that's why we have women soldiers too

The terrorist scum have built 300 miles of tunnels, to protect themselves from the deliberately provoked Israeli retaliation to their attacks.

A question. How many air raid shelters or bomb shelters have they built at the same time to protect the civilian population ?

    Answer. None.

I wonder if the f*ckwits who will be wandering through London tomorrow have ever asked themselves why not.

Are you really claiming the finest intelligence service in the world knew not of a massive Hamas military build up 800 yards away from a site where 250 young Israelis would be attending a Saturday night outdoor rave? Nor knew not in the last 17 years that a labyrinth of tunnels was being constructed on the Gaza Strip.

Naïve you are not mon ami.

Why ask questions if you purport to know the answer?
