    Whitty incident

    Boys a pap deserved a sair pus from Dr death but what are the grounds for a sacking?

    Not been charged never mind found guilty.

    Well innocent until prove guilty but once you are charged with a criminal offence you should report it to your employer (Personal rsponsibility) as it may well effect his licence to continue as an estate agent.

    I think he has pretty solid grounds for unfair dismissal.

    You've no idea of his disciplinary record and that maybe was the final straw for his employers.

    He may just have started there and on probation.

    They must have had grounds for it.

    Claiming adverse publicity for firm by the looks of it.but I'd argue that they put themselves in public domain.

    I think boy looks a tit but losing job before being found guilty.....no for me.

    Politicians can do anything and hang onto their salaries.

    What’s the charge, putting your arm around someone and taking a selfie video, if found guilty I’d go for 5 years hard labour with only bread and water Monday to Saturday locked in a dark room Sunday

    He doesn’t need to be found guilty for the employer to sack him, his contract and what’s in it will give those grounds.

    Or he may have no protection if he’s not been there long enough?

    Or they may feel the cost to move quickly is worth it?
