It could well be the striker that Wednesdays have signed from a Swiss club, wouldn’t think it is the one from Barnsley, he was signed a while ago.

Morcambe have been hit with a bad injury to their new 30 year old striker Jonathan Obika,
after it was confirmed the player had ruptured his hamstring, & will be out for 5 months.
Obika was signed in June 2021, on a 2 year contract from St Mirren, the injury was
sustained in a pre-season friendly with Burnley.

Fulham have leap-frogged Middlesbrough, to try & get Muniz.

Neil Warnock confirms Middlesbrough look to miss out, on signing striker Rodrigo Muniz,
with Fulham the likely club to sign the player, so now other options.

I still think Michael Smith will be leaving the Millers, with Middlebrough looking to get another forward in,
with Bristol City I believe will be interested, the Millers could get more money if the two clubs decide a
bidding war for the player.
Personally I think we need to keep Smith, get a new contract sorted for the player.
