I agree (don't know how much we'll get though from the league if we are promoted) but my point is that if the squad is too big then the younger players won't get a look in unless they are exceptional.

Interesting question - should we have the best players available on the bench, or should we leave one out of the squad so that we can include a youngster?

My own feeling is that the subs bench should consist of up to 5, or 6 with at least one being, say, under 21 and come through the ranks. Not sure about actual age etc but the idea is there.
