    As Derek points out in the second post on this thread, everything connected to improvement occurs from the point of Graeme Jones's appointment, and most importantly from this is the player's attitude which is almost a reversal of what it was before.

    This is no coincidence and only goes to show that CabbageHeed is only here in name only and has had only prior bad influence on what goes on with the all-round preparations for the game.

    The quicker he is moved on and replaced the better. In no way should he be allowed to wallow in the success of the team over the past few weeks else if he himself was the instigator of the improvement then he would have had the players putting in a shift for him all season.

    Whilst I do agree, I do wonder that if the rest of the players, or enough of them, threatened to down tools, claim injury etc. would he back down - I think he would.
