What do you believe that PD, in terms of Purepay, will let The Three off with?

The club cannot move on whilst the debt to Purepay exists.
So will PD eventually partially implement the personal guarantees and then annul the debt?
Or, as I believe, will PD wait for the Holdings board to collapse and then act.
PD's Purepay effectively owns 1921 because debt overwhelms shareholdings.
Purepay has a charge on all the 1921 assets for as long as the debt is in place
and also personal guarantees from The Three.
The debt plus the associated charge amount to ownership by PD's Purepay.

The three horsemen won’t want the debt to be called in so expect a period of ultra-austerity. They simply can’t afford more debt at it will effectively raise their heads above the barricades and PD might notice them. Right now, they’re not at the top of his agenda.
