If we can get back to the Premier League with a side that can compete and keep we’ll clear of relegation than fine but if available resources give us another season like this one, then there is no point in going up. What we really need is to be rid of the ******* Chinese that own the club. Do we even know which Chinese tw@t actually owns WBA?

The Championship's fine when you're winning. For the most part (but not always) the teams who win the most games have the most money.

Had we gone down to League One on the last day against the Champions Charlton there's a very good chance we'd still be there or even further down now.

We were an absolute shambles from top to bottom before Thompson and Megson arrived. When we were promoted to the Premier League under Paul Thompson and Sir Gary it was because the stars aligned perfectly. For us at any rate.

Take promotion when it comes whether you're ready or not because you never know when you'll get the chance again. We missed out on too much from our drop prior to the Premier League's formation to fall that far behind again.

You have to aim for being in the Prem but as has been said there is little point getting any great expectations unless you have a damn good set up. The question is will we? In the Prem at present your'e either "Top six" or hoping you don't go down. The only reason you are "Top six" is MONEY. Like Mick I would love us to do a Leicester but that was a fairy tale that comes every blue moon.

I’d accept us doing a “Burnley” and boring the f u c k out of the rest of the country and making the big clubs and their fans have to suffer visiting our Third World ground.

I’d rather be an irritant than an irrelevance.

I’ve achieved that on a personal basis, I think it’s something my club should strive to achieve.

We had that for a while under Pulis! I’d rather stick pins in my knackers than go back to that!
