This would be a disaster for Spurs:

Well of course he does. He wants to play for a big club.

Pep said recently that they aren't going to spend over £100 million on one player and Spurs will want at least that.

I think he's more likely to end up at Man-U or Chelsea

See if Spurs fancy a straight swap,
    Joelinton for Kane.

Hey, not so quick...we'd need some money, too.

I'm not surprised he wants out, if he wants to win a trophy or a few then he needs to go.

I think he'll end up at Man Utd. They'll want Sancho as there main target but end up getting Kane I reckon.

Spuds value him at £150 million apperently.

Mind, much as I think he's an absolute shitehawk, he's a superb player.

Kane would be lovely as a super sub for Wilson!

Harry Kane wont be going anywhere.
He is tied to the contract until 2024 and Daniel Levy will ensure they get top dollar for him.
There are only a handful of clubs that could afford Levy's asking price which i would imagine would be well over the £120m mark.
We are in the middle of a global pandemic and the top clubs trying to break away from the European structure.

He should have had a get out clause in his contract
Levy wont sell him and frankly has him over a barrel

The fee isn't realistic either given his age and the 10+ games a season that he is annually out injured
He should play the game, hand in a transfer request next summer when the top teams are chasing Haarland and are willing to put up the £150m fee for him. Once that deal is done, they will look at the next best option with the money ready
