As good as it is I'd prefer he was keeping it all under wraps tbh, just alerts our competition to it really
This is probably the best thread for this. Tam...errr...Thomas was doing a presentation for coaches in North America. While the full 90 minutes are excellent, the last 25 minutes is worth going out the way to watch.

I know something like this will freak out the traditionalists, but its all great information.

Well this traditionalist was absolutely spell bound by all the data that the Excel sheet held. Will never understand it all, but as long as the results keep coming, i am fully behind it!
The player who TC didnt name, i hope he is away thinking about his future and is willing to fight his way back into the fold and become a success.
Really enjoyed listening to Tam, brilliant insight.
Very good insight into Tam’s thought process. I think when he was first appointed. Those that knew him highlighted the fact that he was meticulous in his preparation for any match. I think this shows just how meticulous and passionate he truly is.
Only watched some of that so far and thought it was a really great insight. I think the guy is absolutely brilliant.
So, now we are going to see how good TC really is. Our current form is a real test for him and it will be interesting to see how he copes with the pressure that will surely mount if things carry on as they are for too much longer.
This is hopefully the bump in the road and nothing more. Was always going to happen. No doubt we’ll get pumped from Sevco. But it’s guaranteed that on Xmas day we’ll be sitting at worst 6th. Reading all the earlier posts on this thread that would mark a minor miracle.
Not sure TC should be the scapegoat here, he can only coach the players he has and they're not good enough
recruitment is the answer
