Problem is the Sporting Director. He has zero experience of running a professional football club making huge decisions. He also crucially has a disproportionate amount of power in the decision making process.

I agree with what you are saying about Tam no doubt about it.He should not be our manager but he is not appointing himself.

He’s not the issue as a person, it’s the position that’s the issue
