I am proud of our flag, what it stands for and the many who died to let it fly, so I must be an imperialist and a racist.
Please help me come to terms with the new me because I'm just not sure who I am anymore !

Newspapers during WW2 will be re-printed, and we will discover we were never at war with Germany and Hitler was a most agreeable soul after all.
Personally I blame the BBC for all of it-who else would subject the population to the Eurovision Song Contest hosted by a total PR..K who recently received and increase of £250K a year!

I've now found another dream job BT, first I wanted to be an Engine Driver when there were still steam engines on the railways, then I wanted to be an Activist or Campaigner, someone who could get quoted daily on the BBC News, but never knew quite how to become one. Now I want to be an Anti-Discrimination Monitor, as much international football and foreign travel as you can shake a ****ty stick at and you get paid into the bargain. Any idea where I can apply ?

She is a Bolton lass BT, her views seem very similar to yours, you must have lived there for quite some time. She probably also supports the Palestinians and wants to educate the Israelis in their cultural aspects.

I wrote a long piece about this matter last week in another journal Supersub6, which was critically acclaimed. Long and short of it, it's no-one's fault what the colour of our skin is and what antics the old BT generations did or not do was way beyond my control.

All we can do has a collective is right any wrongs and live with a universal code that creates love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.

I refuse to be condemned because of the colour of my skin, nor will I judge anyone by the colour of theirs. Not hard is it?

BT ---I totally agree with your sentiments and it is the way that I have always chosen to live my life. It isn't hard at all, however, there are plenty around who seem to think that it is.
To be honest, I don't really think that people like Doctor Bousted help the situation at all because it is quite regressive, rather than being progressive. Nothing is ever gained by digging up the past. Yes, things happened, however, it is the present and how we shape the future that is important and this must be done through community.
