    MB

You would hope that he agrees to another year or two, and we all know by now that things are done the MB way, but all the time, the club is in limbo, surely this must effect transfer business in and out.
Possibly new targets, will need some assurance - a different head coach may see the picture differently squad wise, so without pressing the panic button, its time things were sorted. moving forwards etc.

Sure I read somewhere he has agreed to be here next season but not yet signed the contract which he typically seems to see as not that important anyway.

Bielsa is one of the school who doesn't follow the crowd and is of the mindset that's interested in the extremes of human behaviour which obviously he's damn good at.
I'll bet with his psychology he'll be a dab hand at all investment market structures in sport and securities finance markets.

He knows what he's doing for sure and knows at Leeds he's out the media intrusive limelight to such a degree that I cannot see him be tempted by offers elsewhere with the added pressure and chicanery that'll come with it.
